Welcome to PinkCard. By accessing pinkcard.app, purchasing a PinkCard product, or redeeming a PinkCard digital gift card, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the website or purchase a gift card.
2. About PinkCard
PinkCard sells prepaid digital gift cards for supported AI services. Products may include subscription gift cards, API token gift cards, and curated AI gift card bundles.
PinkCard gift cards are stored-value digital products for supported AI services. They are not banking, lending, money transfer, cash-equivalent, or general-purpose payment products.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase PinkCard products. You may only use PinkCard for lawful personal, business, educational, or gifting purposes.
4. Orders And Payment
Prices, available products, supported providers, and delivery options are shown before checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Orders may be declined, delayed, cancelled, or refunded when required by law, provider availability, payment failure, suspected fraud, abuse, sanctions screening, or other gift-card risk controls.
5. Delivery
Digital gift card codes are normally delivered by email after checkout. Some orders may require manual review before delivery. You are responsible for entering a correct email address and safeguarding delivered codes.
6. Redemption
Gift cards must be redeemed according to the instructions provided with the order and according to the rules of the relevant AI service provider. A provider may require the recipient to create an account, sign in, accept provider terms, or meet provider eligibility requirements.
Provider names are used to describe the intended redemption category. PinkCard is not the same company as those providers unless expressly stated.
7. No Recurring PinkCard Billing
PinkCard gift cards are prepaid. PinkCard does not create an automatic renewal or recurring charge for the recipient. A provider may offer its own renewal options after redemption, and those options are governed by the provider's terms.
8. Refunds And Cancellations
Because digital gift card codes can be copied and used immediately, delivered or redeemed codes are generally final and non-refundable unless required by law. Before delivery, PinkCard may cancel or refund an order when appropriate.
If you believe a code was not delivered or does not work, review the redemption instructions and contact support through the order confirmation or the Redeem a card page with your order details.
9. Prohibited Use
You may not use PinkCard for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, resale that violates applicable law, unauthorized commercial distribution, abuse of provider services, or any activity that infringes another party's rights.
We may refuse service, delay delivery, cancel an order, or block redemption assistance when we reasonably believe a transaction creates legal, security, fraud, operational, or reputational risk.
10. Provider Availability
AI service pricing, features, plan names, model access, API rates, country availability, and provider terms may change. PinkCard is not responsible for provider outages, provider account restrictions, or provider policy changes outside our control.
11. Intellectual Property
The PinkCard website, logo, design, content, and related materials are owned by or licensed to PinkCard. You may not copy, modify, or misuse them except as permitted by law.
12. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Disclaimers
PinkCard is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free delivery, or continued availability of any third-party AI service.
14. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PinkCard will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or interruption of business.
15. Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted unless a later date is stated. Continued use of PinkCard after an update means you accept the updated terms.
